By downloading or using the Koffee app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Koffee app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app.

Health Disclaimer

Koffee provides estimates based on pharmacokinetic models. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your doctor for health-related decisions about caffeine consumption.

Subscriptions

Premium features are available via monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to their terms. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings.

Limitations

Koffee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
